Most small business owners have heard that AI will change everything. Almost none have had someone sit down at their actual computer and set it up properly. That is what this is. I come to you, or we share a screen, and by the end of the day your Mac or PC runs a working AI setup built around your business. You talk to it. It talks back. Your passwords sit in a safe. And your social media gets drafted, reviewed and published with you in charge.

This is not a course and it is not a chatbot subscription. It is a new way of working with the computer you already own, installed and configured for you, with a walkthrough so you know how to use it.

Built around a real business

What a setup can include

Every business is different, so every setup is. These are some of the things I set up for small businesses. We pick the ones that fit yours on the first call.

1 · Talk to your computer

  • Claude Code installed and configured for your business
  • Voice dictation with VoiceInk: speak, and your words land as text in any app
  • AgentVibes so Claude talks back out loud while it works
  • The basic tools under the hood that make all of it run

2 · Your secrets, locked up properly

  • A password safe of the kind large companies use (Infisical), installed on your own computer
  • Your passwords and account keys are only ever used by name. They never go into a chat window or a text file
  • The same unlock I teach in AI Secret Sauce, Night Two
  • A quick check of your computer for settings that are open but do not need to be

3 · Social media that drafts itself

  • Instagram and Facebook connected the official way, with the keys in your safe
  • A Facebook Page created and written in your voice, if you do not have one yet
  • A custom posting skill: Claude asks you a few questions, drafts the post, shows it on a review page, and only publishes or schedules after you say yes
  • AirDrop or drag in your photos and Claude builds the post around them

4 · Project OS: a dashboard for your business

  • Project OS, a private dashboard on your own computer: mission, goals, roadmap, a journal of the work, who's who, whiteboard
  • Suppliers and a map and calendar of local markets researched and filled in, with a one-click application email for each
  • A one-page description of your business you can give to any AI tool
  • Consulting throughout: we talk about your business, not just the software

Whatever we pick, it runs on your computer and under your accounts. Nothing is published without your yes, and every yes is recorded. When I leave, you own all of it.

A free call

Twenty minutes on what you sell, where you sell it, and which parts of your week eat the most time. You leave with at least one idea whether we work together or not.

Setup day

In person anywhere in Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley, or remotely over a screen share from anywhere. We install, connect and configure everything together, on your computer, with you watching.

Follow-up and handoff

A remote session a few days later to finish anything that needed a login from you, answer the questions that came up, and make sure the new workflow has stuck.

Custom packages

The setup above is the version for a one-person business. It is not the only one. Tell me what you run and I will scope it.
