Delete Your Data

How to ask

Send an email to paul@preibisch.biz with the subject "Delete my data". Please include:

• Your name, as it appears where you contacted me
• How you contacted me: a website form, live chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram
• The phone number, email address or profile name you used, so I can find your records

If you messaged one of my Facebook or Instagram pages, name the page, such as BC Latin Dance, BCS Latin Dance or Marguerite. You can also send the request as a direct message on that page.

What I will delete

• Your conversations and contact record from my chat inbox
• Your form submissions, event registrations, survey answers and comments stored on my websites
• Your email from my newsletter list

I will confirm by email when it is done, and I aim to finish within 30 days. I may keep limited records where the law requires it, for example payment records, and I will tell you if that applies.

What I cannot delete

I can delete what I hold. I cannot delete what Meta, WhatsApp, Google or other services hold on their own systems. To remove that, use the privacy settings in your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account. Messages you sent also stay in your own message history until you delete them there.
